Visiting Hours:

  • General Wards: 9am to 9pm.

  • ICU/HDU: 5pm to 7pm.

OPD Timings:

  • Monday to Saturday: 9am to 7pm.

  • Sunday: Emergency services only

Admission Process

  • Patients are admitted through OPD consultation, emergency department, or referral from another facility.

  • On admission, our staff will guide you through registration, documentation, and room/bed allocation.

  • Please provide your ID proof (e.g., Aadhaar, Voter ID) at the time of admission.

  • Advance payment may be required at admission; details will be provided by the billing counter.

Your choice of accommodation will depend on availability and clinical needs.

Billing and Payment

  • Billing is managed at the Billing & Accounts Department, located at Room no: A-24 & A-31.

  • Payments can be made via cash, UPI, debit/credit card, or bank transfer (account details at billing counter).

  • Interim bills are provided during your stay; final bills are generated at discharge.

  • For insurance or scheme patients (if applicable), necessary documentation will be coordinated by our office.

Discharge Procedure

  • Your doctor will advise the date/time of discharge.

  • The billing office will provide your final bill for settlement.

  • You will receive discharge summary, prescriptions, and follow-up advice.

  • Please ensure personal belongings are collected before leaving.

As a patient at CWS Hospital, you have the right to:

  • Receive information about your diagnosis, treatment options, and costs.

  • Give informed consent before procedures.

  • Privacy and confidentiality in your care.

Patient Responsibilities

We request patients and attendants to:

  • Provide accurate information about medical history.

  • Follow hospital rules and medical advice.

  • Respect staff, other patients, and hospital property.

  • Clear bills promptly to support hospital services.

Visitor Guidelines

  • Only one or two visitors allowed per patient at a time.

  • No visitors during ICU visiting restrictions (except at designated hours).

  • Visitors must follow hygiene practices and avoid overcrowding.

Cleanliness & Safety

  • Help us maintain our clean and safe environment.

  • Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in the hospital premises.

  • Comply with biomedical waste disposal guidelines as instructed.

Supportive Services

Dietary Services:

Hospital has qualified Dieticians who prescribe specific and therapeutic diets depending on the medical condition of the patient.

  • We have a spacious and well maintained kitchen which supplies healthy and nutritious cuisine for patients as well as staff.

  • Patients are served as per the prescribed diet. The timings are as follows:

  • Breakfast – 7:30 am – 8:30 am.

  • Lunch – 12:30 pm.

  • Dinner – 7:30 pm – 8: 30 pm.

  • Patients are provided meals in their respective rooms.

  • For visitors there is a Canteen inside the Hospital campus.

House Keeping:

  • ​The rooms and washrooms are cleaned twice daily with the recommended disinfectants by the infection control team through our skilled Housekeeping staff under the expert supervision and guidance of their In-charge.

  • Since a hygienic environment is essential for your health, we maintain the standard as per NABH norms. Kindly help us to maintain our standards.

  • We take pride in serving you. Giving tips in any kind is strictly prohibited.

Laundry:

We have an in-house laundry where clothes are washed to clinical perfection, bed linen is cleansed with prescribed disinfectant and soap solution, dried and ironed with no scope for infection.​

Grant/Donation

Community Welfare Society (Parent concern of CWS Hospital)  is eligible to receive Grant/ Donations from Indian & foreign nationals which have the benefit of 100% tax exemption under 80G of Income Tax Act, 1961.
